Skin Boosters

Let’s Face It offer some truly wonderful injectable treatments. If you’re looking to boost vitality and enhance the radiance of your skin a ‘skin booster’ may be just what you need. You may wish to tackle issues with texture or scarring, loss of elasticity, sun damage and dehydrated skin. Profhilo vs Sunekos vs Jalupro, the question is which one should you choose? You will always be offered a full consultation so I may help you decide which one is best for you!

Overview:

JALUPRO – dermal bio-revitaliser, this aesthetic injectable can be used to improve several skin problems, including the appearance of light to medium degree photo-ageing.

What does it do?

  • This treatment increases tone, volume and elasticity.

  • Reduces fine lines, wrinkles, scarring, sun damage and stretch marks.

  • Tackles dark under-eye circles.

  • Hydrates and revitalises dry or dehydrated skin

  • Reverses and prevents signs of ageing.

The difference between Jalupro and Profhilo is that Jalupro can be mixed with wrinkle relaxing toxin, to very subtly soften fine lines and signs of expression (Jalutox). It is also more targeted for specific areas of the face so suitable for:

  • Around the eyes

  • Forehead

  • Around the mouth

  • Cheeks

  • Neck & décolletage

  • Other parts of the body such as underarms, inner thighs, abdomen & inner knees

There are two types of Jalupro;

Classic is more suited to the younger person who is exhibiting the first signs of skin ageing for prevention and general skin health .HMW is more suited to the older person (45+) as it contains more hyaluronic acid to give a little more volume to areas and provides scaffolding for the more aged skin, helps with deeper lines requiring more moisture and for deeper scars and furrows.

SUNEKOS – Is a new injectable treatment containing amino acids and Hyaluronic acid and is suitable for clients of all ages and is an extremely versatile treatment as it  can be used in most areas where a boost of elasticity or volume is required, or wrinkles, scarring and stretch marks are present.

They are not fillers but they give volume and reduce lines and wrinkles and can also be used as an alternative to tear trough filler. It works by stimulating the fibroblasts in the skin to produce a complete mix of collagen and elastin.

What does it do?

  • This is a ‘skin booster’, designed to deeply hydrate, and smooth.

  • Ideal for anyone looking for an alternative to botox or fillers

  • It tightens crepey skin.

  • Gives a health glow.

  • Reduces fine lines, smokers’ lines and static forehead lines.

  • Great for targeting around the eye area (where other treatments cannot be used)

  • For anyone wanting to reduce the appearance of scars, stretch marks, or sun damage

  • Perfect for maintaining a ‘natural’ look with a subtle increase in radiance

What can I expect?

Once the product is administered into the dermis, you will notice some instant results, including increased hydration and skin volume, and reduced signs of ageing, reaching optimum improvement after final treatment as environmental damage repairs. Results can last up to 6 to 9 months depending on individual’s skin condition and lifestyle; however, a regular maintenance treatment can offer effects beyond the typical timeframe

How many treatments will I require?

Jalupro CLASSIC generally requires 3 treatments spaced 10 days apart

Jalupro HMW generally requires 2 treatments spaced 20 days apart

Sunekos is usually made up of four sessions spaced 7 to 10 days apart (the Sunekos treatment can be repeated after approximately 8 to 9 months)

Is it safe? Generally, Jalupro and Sunekos are suitable for most people as they contain substances naturally occurring in the body, but it cannot be administered to the following: Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, any skin infections or irritations in the area to be treated, Autoimmune diseases or hypersensitivity to any of the drug components

Procedure & Recovery Time: usually takes 30 minutes. Discomfort level is very mild with very little evidence that the procedure has taken place, skin is usually recovered within a few hours. As with all injectable treatment there is a risk of mild swelling and bruising at the site of injection. You can resume most usual activities immediately.

Final Results: Some changes can be noticed after the first treatment however, best results will be seen after your full course of treatments. Maintenance treatment is suggested generally at 4 to 7 month intervals post treatment depending on individual’s skin condition and lifestyle.
